We strive to provide reliable Services with 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

3. Account Eligibility and Verification

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial account activation. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent billing periods.

5.5 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension

We may suspend your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • You fail to pay required fees
  • We detect fraudulent or illegal activity
  • We are required to do so by law or court order

6.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing period, unless you request immediate termination.

6.3 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account with or without notice if:

  • You materially breach these Terms
  • You engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
  • You fail to pay fees when due
  • We discontinue the Services

6.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ShineLink or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

8. Liability and Limitations

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHINELINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
